GRE-QC Inspector
Qualification & experience:
* Shall be a Graduate/Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Metallurgical or equivalent discipline.
* Experienced in GRE Bonding & Lamination works & trained by reputed GRE manufacturers like FGS/ CPI/ FPI etc.
* Shall have minimum of 6 years of relevant inspection experience in oil and gas facility /GRE Pipeline /Piping construction.
* Shall be familiar with relevant material, Testing, Instruments used & construction/works codes used in the industry & field of activity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Implementation, monitoring of the Project specific Contract Quality Plan/ITP/QCP etc.
* Witness procedures, Bonder qualifications, tests and certify the results.
* Maintaining of Quality records & assists in preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.
* Reporting Quality activities, monitor performance indicators.
* Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.
* Assists in Auditing – internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).
* Monitor & Control of Sub-Contractor’s Activities and their quality performance.
* Provide sufficient feed back to QA/QC Engineer on the day to day quality issues
