Civil Engineer – Coordinator (Available in Oman)

Location: Muscat, Oman

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion, with a focus on client satisfaction.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all project inquiries and concerns.
4. Clearly communicate complex engineering concepts to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
5. Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
6. Prepare and deliver clear and concise project presentations and reports to clients.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (design, construction, etc.) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
8. Manage and track project budgets and schedules, keeping clients informed of any changes.
9. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a proven track record of success in client coordination.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and Arabic if applicable).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Oman driving license is required.
