- SMS & WhatsApp Marketing: Engage directly with customers via SMS and WhatsApp to promote offers, maintain engagement, and drive conversions.
Market Analysis & Expansion
- Analyze Market Trends: Study customer behavior and industry trends to identify new product categories for expansion.
- Strategic Multichannel Sales: Develop tailored sales strategies for the website and other third-party platforms, ensuring coverage across multiple sales channels.
E-Commerce Operations Management
- Inventory & Fulfillment: Oversee the full operation of the e-commerce store, ensuring effective product listing, stock management, order fulfillment, and warranty processes.
- User Experience Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, reduce cart abandonment, and improve conversion rates.
- Promotions Management: Create, schedule, and monitor special offers like “Back-to-School” promotions, “Black Friday” deals, and clearance sales. Ensure all promotional offers are properly listed with correct copy and legal disclaimers.
Analytics & Reporting
- SEO, SEM, and Analytics Tools: Use data tools to track website traffic, sales performance, and user behavior. Leverage insights to optimize strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall e-commerce efficiency.
Requirements:
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales and business development.
- Proven expertise in smart home and automated solutions or related tech products.
- Extensive experience working in the GCC e-commerce space, especially in Kuwait, with a thorough understanding of regional e-commerce platforms.
Educational Background:
