Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns

  • Digital Advertising: Run Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, Snapchat campaigns, and collaborate with influencers to build trust. Ensure continuous exposure by setting up a non-stop stream of promotional content and videos.
  • SMS & WhatsApp Marketing: Engage directly with customers via SMS and WhatsApp to promote offers, maintain engagement, and drive conversions.

Market Analysis & Expansion

  • Analyze Market Trends: Study customer behavior and industry trends to identify new product categories for expansion.
  • Strategic Multichannel Sales: Develop tailored sales strategies for the website and other third-party platforms, ensuring coverage across multiple sales channels.

E-Commerce Operations Management

  • Inventory & Fulfillment: Oversee the full operation of the e-commerce store, ensuring effective product listing, stock management, order fulfillment, and warranty processes.
  • User Experience Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, reduce cart abandonment, and improve conversion rates.
  • Promotions Management: Create, schedule, and monitor special offers like “Back-to-School” promotions, “Black Friday” deals, and clearance sales. Ensure all promotional offers are properly listed with correct copy and legal disclaimers.

Analytics & Reporting

  • SEO, SEM, and Analytics Tools: Use data tools to track website traffic, sales performance, and user behavior. Leverage insights to optimize strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall e-commerce efficiency.

Requirements:

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce sales and business development.
  • Proven expertise in smart home and automated solutions or related tech products.
  • Extensive experience working in the GCC e-commerce space, especially in Kuwait, with a thorough understanding of regional e-commerce platforms.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, strategies, and analytics tools.
