  • Team Management: Organize and develop staff, implementing HR principles and policies. Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication within teams.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management function to mitigate project risks. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify potential risks and formulate strategies to address them.
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate the preparation and implementation of internal management systems, policies, and controls. Focus on QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) systems and processes to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Education: A minimum of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 20 years of experience in Senior Engineering Project Management, with a strong preference for candidates from the oil and gas industry. Extensive experience in Arctic LNG and Yemen LNG projects is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business processes and risk management. Proven ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with familiarity with industry practices and regulations.
