Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Management: Specialize in cost controlling, estimation, and planning for production orders within the steel manufacturing industry.
  • Production Efficiency: Measure and analyze production staff efficiency and material costs by product, ensuring optimal cost management across production jobs.
  • Data Analysis: Compare production order costs with sales prices and monitor profitability metrics.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure that all transfer pricing is applied and implemented for intercompany cost control.
  • Production Monitoring: Oversee production jobs, including materials and man-hours, and ensure data accuracy for cost reporting.
  • SAP Expertise: Utilize SAP to manage and streamline cost control processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in cost controlling, estimation, and planning within the steel manufacturing or production industry
  • Technical Skills:
    • Engineering background with a strong proficiency in accounts
    • Expertise in SAP for cost control and production analysis
    • Experience in measuring production efficiency and material costs per product
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of production order costs, sales price comparisons, and transfer pricing for intercompany cost control
