Skills: Must have authority approvals experience in the UAE, a Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent and with driving license

Quantity Surveyor – Dubai base
* Proven experience in a Fit-out QS or similar role. Minimum 2 years.
* In-depth knowledge of setting out budgets, finalizing packages, cost estimation, cost control, and project management principles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in quantity takeoff software and tools
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
