Plant & Equipment Coordinator / Supervisor
Location: Oman
Salary: 300 – 400 OMR per month

– We are seeking an experienced Plant & Equipment Coordinator/Supervisor to manage our extensive fleet operations.
– This role is crucial for maintaining high operational standards and efficiency across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Fleet Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of our fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime.
– Repair Coordination: Strategically manage the maintenance and repair of all equipment.
– Mobilization & Demobilization: Plan and execute the deployment and retraction of equipment efficiently.
– Operator & Driver Planning and Coordination: Schedule and manage operators and drivers to meet project needs.
– Time Sheet Preparation & Invoicing: Accurately prepare timesheets and manage invoicing processes.
– Client Acquisition: Engage in business development activities to secure new clients and projects.
– Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
Requirements:
– Mandatory Oman Experience: Must have prior experience in a similar role within Oman.
– Demonstrated experience in fleet and equipment management, including financial and personnel coordination.
– Strong organizational, leadership, and business development skills.
– Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
